Prior To Lead IQUW Bermuda Product Expansion
Specialty [re]insurer IQUW Bermuda has announced the appointment of Tristram Prior to lead the launch of its Directors’ & Officers’ [D&O], Financial Institutions [FI] and Cyber, insurance products in Bermuda.
A spokesperson said, “Prior, Lead Underwriter in London, will transfer to Bermuda, subject to immigration approval, to spearhead the development of the new D&O, FI and Cyber portfolios as Head of Professional Lines & Cyber Insurance, Bermuda. Prior will report to James Mitchell, who was appointed as IQUW Bermuda’s Chief Underwriting Officer in October and who will oversee the development of Property Direct & Facultative insurance. All insurance products are subject to BMA approval.

“This announcement follows IQUW Re Bermuda’s A- AM Best rating in March and their reinsurance product expansion into Mortgage, Credit, and Cyber business.”
