Department Of Labour To Relocate Offices

The Department of Labour will temporarily close for in‑person services from 5 to 10 February 2026 while relocating to the 3rd Floor, Sophia House, Hamilton.

A Government spokesperson said, “The Department of Labour is advising the public of its upcoming office relocation and a brief interruption to in‑person services as the move is completed.

“The Department will be relocating to the 3rd Floor, Sophia House, 48 Church Street, Hamilton HM12. To facilitate the transition, the office will be closed to walk‑in services from Thursday, 5 February 2026 through Tuesday, 10 February 2026.

“During this period, while the physical office will not be accessible to the public, the Department will remain fully contactable. Members of the public may continue to reach staff by phone at [441] 297‑7716 or by email at departmentoflabour@gov.bm for assistance, inquiries, or to arrange alternative support.

“The Department thanks the public for their patience and understanding as it works to ensure a smooth transition to the new location. Regular walk‑in services will resume on Wednesday, 11 February 2026.”
