Bermuda Senior Women’s Team To Face Belize
The Bermuda Football Association has announced that the Bermuda Senior Women’s National Team will host Belize for two FIFA friendly matches on June 4 and 7 at the Flora Duffy South Field.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Football Association [BFA] is delighted to announce that the Bermuda Senior Women’s National Team will play the Belize Women’s National Team at the Flora Duffy South Field during the June FIFA Match window.
“Fans will recall our Lady Warriors traveled to Belize in July 2024 to play two matches at FFB Stadium in Belmopan. The match series was shared with Belize winning the first match and the Lady Gombey Warriors winning the second. The “home” fixture at the National Sports Center is part of a reciprocal agreement with the Football Federation of Belize, under which two matches will be played on June 4th and 7th in Bermuda. Both matches will kick off at 7pm.
“Karl Roberts will oversee the matches along with Calvin Dill. Both coaches were assistants to Coach Robinson. The team is anxious to put on a good show for the Bermuda fans and will be looking to win both matches.
“The BFA calls on Bermuda fans to come out in droves to support our team. Tickets are on sale at GPASS.bm.”
