Adam Hall doubled and scored a run, but the Winnipeg Goldeyes were defeated 9-8 by the Sioux Falls Canaries in a rain-shortened game at Blue Cross Park.
The Bermudian finished 1-for-2, doubling, stealing third and scoring as Winnipeg took a 4-3 lead in the fourth inning.
Sioux Falls responded to lead 9-4 before the Goldeyes scored four runs in the sixth to cut the deficit to one.
The game was called after a weather delay before the seventh inning, leaving Winnipeg with an 8-9 record.
Winnipeg play in the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball.
