A police spokesperson said, “Shortly before 8:45am. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, police and other first responders were dispatched to a report of a serious road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle on Rosemont Avenue, Pembroke.

“Early information suggests that a motor car was exiting Richmond Road when it was involved in a collision with a motorcycle traveling along Richmond Avenue.

“The female motorcycle rider was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with what are believed to be serious leg injuries, as well as a possible head injury.

“The female driver of the motor car is not believed to have been injured.

“Police are appealing for anyone who may have information regarding the circumstances of this collision to contact PC 2583 Kwensi Cann on 211 or via email at kcann@bps.bm.

“Diversions are in place at Ferrars Lane, Serpentine Road and Pitt’s Bay Road, while police process the scene.”

    The householder on the corner really needs to cut back their trees and bushes. I use this junction frequently and have still had quite a few near misses despite being very careful and edging out slowly. You just can’t see very well.
