Lane Closures In Pembroke For BELCO Works
Emergency lane closures are in effect on Middle Road at Flora Duffy Hill and Cavendish Road in Pembroke through July 6 to facilitate BELCO emergency works.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advises the motoring public that emergency lane closures are in effect on Middle Road at Flora Duffy Hill and on Cavendish Road west of Hibiscus Lane, in Pembroke Parish, to accommodate BELCO emergency works.
“The lane closures are in place immediately and will remain in effect through Monday, 6 July 2026.
“Works will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Traffic control will be under the direction of BELCO representatives.
“Motorists are advised to avoid the area where possible and use alternative routes via North Shore Road, Palmetto Road, Parson’s Lane and Crow Lane.
“The Ministry thanks the public for its cooperation and apologises for any inconvenience caused.”
