Netball: Ballers, Chasers & Chargers Win
The Netball Bermuda Summer League season concluded at Bernard Park, with the Allshore Ballers and Storm Chasers recording victories to complete the Coed Division schedule and in the Women’s League, the BDA College Chargers defeated the Bermuda Under-21 Academy by 28-18.
The Allshore Ballers defeat the Atlantic Aces 40-10.
Sheldon Bahadosingh scored 33 goals for the Allshore Ballers. Ebonie Cox was named the team’s MVP, while Keedai Astwood led the defensive effort. Charlie Evans scored nine goals for the Atlantic Aces, and Alex Godet was named the team’s MVP.
Storm Chasers defeat RenRe and Friends 27-18.
Antione Williams scored 19 goals and was named match MVP for Storm Chasers. Amali Powell and Inshan-Nae Smith also contributed to the victory. Aaron Furbert scored 10 goals for RenRe and Friends and was named the team’s MVP.
The BDA College Chargers defeated the Bermuda Under-21 Academy 28-18.
Kammie Mills scored 18 goals for the Chargers, while Deontae Scott was named the team’s MVP.
Sioma Rudo scored six goals for the Bermuda Under-21 Academy. Honor Caesar was named the team’s MVP and best defender.
