Notice Is Hereby Given that a final meeting of contributories of Gold Eagle Capital Limited [“the Company”] will be held at 10.00am on 28 October 2026, to be followed at 10.30am on the same day by a meeting of the creditors of the Company. The meetings will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. Login details can be requested by emailing rocliquidations@gov.bm.
The meetings are called pursuant to Section 223 of the Companies Act 1981 for the purpose of receiving an account of the winding up showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation that they may consider necessary. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.
The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:
That the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved.
That the books and records of the Company be kept for a period of 5 years from the date of dissolution in accordance with Section 255 of the Companies Act 1981.
That Gold Eagle Capital Limited is dissolved.
Proxies to be used at the meetings must be returned to the Official Receiver’s Office at 4th Floor, Government Administration Building, 30 Parliament Street, Hamilton, Bermuda, HM12 no later than 4.00pm on the working day immediately before the meetings.
