Memorial Race To Honour Rickai Raynor
The Rickai “Pugi” Raynor Memorial Race will be held at Cross Island Dockyard on Sunday [September 20].
Raynor, 28, died from injuries sustained when his boat collided with a yacht moored near White’s Island during the Bermuda Power Boat Association’s Hamilton Harbour Race series in June.
The junior powerboat race will start at 10am, followed by the main races at 1pm and 2:15pm.
Admission is $10, with part of the proceeds going to Raynor’s children.
Vendors will be on site and raffles will also be held.
