Cyclist Kaden Hopkins Returns To Training
Cyclist Kaden Hopkins has returned to outdoor training just two weeks after breaking his collarbone in a crash at the Tour Cycliste International de la Guadeloupe.
The 26-year-old underwent reconstructive surgery in Alicante, Spain, where he is based, with a plate inserted to stabilise the fracture.
Hopkins, who races for Belgium team Atom 6 Bikes-Cycleur de Luxe-Auto Stroo, began intensive physiotherapy with specialist Pasqui Carrillo Garcia.
He is now working to regain fitness before next month’s UCI Road World Championships in Montréal, Canada.
The championships will be held from September 20 to 27.
