Conspiring To Import $1 Million Of Heroin
Four men appeared in Magistrates Court this afternoon [June 6] charged with conspiring to import almost $1 million worth of heroin.
26 year old Craig Hatherley, 31 year old Lorenzo Lottimore [pictured/file photo] 31 year old David Carroll and 25 year old Loren Marshall all appeared in court.
The four men were charged with conspiring with others not before the court and in other countries to import diamorphine [heroin], with a street value said to be just shy of $1 million. Mr Carroll was also charged with conspiring to import approximately $100,000 cannabis.
They were not required to enter a plea, as the matter must be heard in Supreme Court. Charles Richardson, Larry Mussenden, and Phil Perinchief represented the various defendants in front of a courtroom packed with what appeared to be friends and family of the defendants.
All four were given bail in the amount of $200,000 with a surety. It is not clear at this time when/if the defendants will make bail.

If u have children involved in drugs n gang s u need to stop turning. A blind eye and get them out of this lifestyle no! God is exposing and revealing so don’t think that your child will be the one to escape the judgement if Gid! We failed to morally discipline our children so now the Lord is doing it! Wake up Brrmuda!

Maybe not, but most parents are smart enough to know when their kids are up to no good, have unexplained income, etc. Gimme a break.
$1 million of smack is a lot of human misery, and causes a lot of collateral damage in our community.
And do you think that the only people involved in this drug war are young black men or gangsters? Sounds like @Wake up! needs to ‘wake up’. There is much more to it than you see on tv, in the movies, or read about in the news. If it was that simple, there wouldn’t be an issue. What a tangled web we weave……

I’m well aware of the FACT that ALL races are involved…especially since I’ve had the first hand experience of ARRESTING blacks AND whites for drug use and dealing! I don’t need to watch tv, a movie or the news because I’ve lived it! Why you assume they are bag handlers? They can be engineers, maintence etc.. Even if bag handlers have paper, who is to say that they are not working 3 jobs, or that their wife might have a very good job?
I can understand your position… one cannot be too naive, however not everything is ‘black or white’ (not referring to race!!)
