Goater, Steede & Bean Win BFA Awards
The Bermuda Football Association [BFA] held their prize presentation last night [Aug.11] at Cafe Four in Hamilton, with Shaun Goater, Tumani Steede and Ralph Bean Jr. all picking up awards.
Shaun Goater from North Village Rams won Coach of the Year, Tumani Steede from Devonshire Cougars won Young Player of the Year and Ralph Bean Jr. from North Village Rams won Player of the Year.
Richard Todd from St. George’s Colts and Kwame Steede from Devonshire Cougars had been nominated along with Mr Goater for Coach of the Year.
Tumani Steede beat out competition from Jahron Dickinson from St. George’s Colts and Jason Lee from North Village Rams for Young Player of the Year.
Ralph Bean Jr was selected over fellow nominees Cecoy Robinson from the PHC Zebras and Damon Ming from the Dandy Town Hornets to win the Player of the Year award.
Well done to Ralph and Shuan…your dedication and committment is what is needed to grow our beloved football…keep up the good work
