Football: Corona & Women’s Results

Yesterday [Dec.17] Corona League action saw Tuff Dogs defeat Lock N Key, while Robin Hood and St. George’s Colts played to a draw.

In Women’s Futsal action Dandy Stars One thrashed Hamilton Parish 7 – 0, Dandy Stars Two defeated YMSC Lady Bluebirds, and Robin Hood and PHC Lady Zebras played to a draw.

Corona League: Tuff Dogs 6 Lock N Key 0

The Tuff Dogs defeated Lock N Key 6-0 at the BAA Field in their Corona League match, with Kevin Hurdle, Lamaul Crofton and Mendell Outerbridge all scoring two goals each for the Tuff Dogs.

Corona League: Robin Hood 1 St. George’s Colts 1

These two teams played to a 1 – 1 draw, with Ben Pewter scoring for Robin Hood, while Del Tyrell scored for the St. George’s Colts.

Women’s Futsal: Robin Hood 1 PHC Lady Zebras 1

The opening Women’s Futsal League match inside the Bermuda College Gymnasium saw the undefeated and league leaders Robin Hood take on third place PHC lady Zebras. With both teams tied at 1 – 1 in the first half, neither team was able to break the deadlock in the second half. Robin Hood’s goal came from Donte Allen, while Aaliyah Nolan scored for the PHC Lady Zebras.

Women’s Futsal: Dandy Stars Two 5 Young Men Social Club Lady Bluebirds 3

The Dandy Stars Two got two goals from Cleshaunay Darrell-Virgil and single strikes from Atiya Symonds, Isarell Wolfe and Jenay Edness, while Satyrah Robinson scored a hat-trick for the Young Men Social Club Lady Bluebirds.

Women’s Futsal: Dandy Star One 7 Hamilton Parish 0

Precious Cooper scored a hat-trick to lead Dandy Stars One to a 7 – 0 victory over Hamilton Parish. Zareh Gibbons added two goals, while K’ Sheala Burch-Waldron and Rayni Maybury added a goal each.
