The Bermuda Track and Field Association held Day One of their Golden Onion Series III Red Track Meet today [Mar.3] at the National Sports Center.

In the Under 12 Girls 100 Meter Dash Zekiah Lewis crossed the line first clocking 14.56 while One Hart finished second with a time of 15.60 and Charis Burrows finished third clocking 17.45.

Angelae Heath won the Under 12 Girls 1500 Meter Run with a time of 6:21.78. Alexcie Burrows finished second with a time of 6:24.83 and Charis Burrows finished third clocking 6:37.64.

Andrea Jackson won the Women’s Open Javelin Throw with a toss of 32.18m.

Jaret Simmons won the Under 17 Boys 100 Meter Dash clocking a time of 11.52 while Kidane Callendar finished second clocking 11.53 and Quinn Simmons was third with a time of 12.22.

The Under 17 Boys 1500 Meter Run was won by Nico Barclay who crossed the line in a time of 4:38.45. Daniel Oatley finished second clocking 4:41.01 and Robert Edwards finished third with a time of 5:37.54.
