Video Highlights: 2013 Miss Bermuda Pageant
Katherine Arnfield was crowned the new Miss Bermuda on Sunday night [June 23], and will be heading to Indonesia next month to represent the island in the Miss World Pageant.
Miss Hamilton Parish Echaunti Swan was the first runner up, Miss Pembroke Chelzea Somner was the second runner up, Miss Southampton Denae Simmons was the third runner up, while Miss Warwick Alexandra McMartin was the fourth runner up.
Miss Arnfield, 17, was also the People’s Choice winner, Miss Southampton Denae Simmons won the Miss Photogenic title, while Miss Hamilton Parish Echaunti Swan claimed both the Miss Congeniality and Miss Hospitality titles.
The evening got underway with the contestants performing a dance wearing matching black dresses, and also included entertainment by Bollywood Kids, DemBiez Productions, Olivia Hamilton, Cindy Smith, Sia Spence, Jonae Smith, United Dance Productions and Kion Simmons.

I really like Miss Sandys and was disappointed that she did not place highger. But I guess she did not have enough “hair”.
i think she is attractive as well but people that attended told me that she wasn’t as articulate as the others. I doubt it had anything to do with her hair as Miss Bermuda 2011 Jana Outerbridge had a similar hairstyle. Maybe Miss Sandys can enter again next year or in the future.
