Quantum Cruise Ship’s Possible Bermuda Route

July 12, 2013

The Royal Caribbean’s newest cruise ship Quantum of the Seas may hit the shores of Bermuda in 2015, with the Royal Caribbean website saying, “Sailing from the New York area, Quantum of the Seas 2014 – 2015 itineraries will capture the most sought after destinations in the Caribbean, Bahamas and Bermuda.”

CruisCritic reports, “Although the line hasn’t included a Bermuda itinerary on its website, the new Quantum of the Seas brochure has King’s Wharf, Bermuda, listed on the back cover — meaning the ship will most likely be doing Bermuda sailings at some point.”

The 1,141 feet long ship has a passenger capacity of over 4,000 guests, and will have on-board features including a capsule to take guests 300 feet above sea-level for breathtaking views, bumper cars, roller-skating, a sky-diving simulator and more.
