Video: Digicel Helps Restore Admiralty House
Digicel Bermuda partnered with the Department of Parks yesterday [June 12] in order to help restore Admiralty House to its former glory, with a three phase plan in place to see work completed quickly and efficiently.
A large contingent of Digicel employees got started with the first of three phases of the project, focusing on clearing the hedges and trees that surround the building.
The second and third phases of the project will see the Digicel team board up the building’s doors and windows and apply new paint, respectively.
Digicel representatives on the scene expressed great pride and pleasure at the opportunity to aid in the site’s restoration, citing Admiralty House’s “prominent history” as a motivating factor.
