33 Year Old Denies Assaulting Police Officer

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Aug 25], a 33 year old man denied assaulting a police officer.

Jason Brown pleaded not guilty to assaulting a police officer on 22nd August 2014. Senior Magistrate Archie Warner granted Mr Brown $3,000 bail, required him to provide a surety, and set trial for October 2014.
