  8. To the Dears family and to all the friends, colleagues and associates. Wayne was a very caring thoughtful individual. as far back as I could remember to our days in Khyber Pass in Warwick, he never changed. always respectful and thoughtful to others no matter who they were. we enjoyed many crazy time as children and as adults we still honored each other as we were still neighbors, a loving mother and the world greatest grandmother is who I remember from the most as far as his up bringing, it is with great sadness to learn of his passing and I say to you all within his immediate circles, a life that was lived to the fullest and a man whom you can be proud. God know’s our date of arrival in this world and He knows our expiry date of departure. Wayne’s memory will be cherished by all who knew him and by those whose lives he has touched, he will be greatly missed.
