Court: 16 Year Old Denies Wounding Charge

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Apr 9], a 16-year-old school student denied wounding a man last month.

Calvin Wilson was charged with, and pleaded not guilty to unlawfully wounding another man, on 26th March 2015.

The student’s age was questioned by Magistrate Archie Warner and, after checking Court papers, both Crown and Duty Counsels agreed that the student was sixteen.

The Magistrate set trial for July 2015 and set bail at $2,000 with one surety.
