Chef Campbell Releases Two New Rub Flavours

Sous Chef Michiko Campbell has added to his line of Chiko’s Smokey Rub products, releasing two new spices that the young chef says “add a twist to your dish.”

The two new flavours are Spicy Fusion and Middle Eastern Spice, with Chef Campbell saying, “Spicy Fusion is for all those spicy lovers. From the beginning, I had many people requesting a spicy one. It will definitely add some good heat to your food.”

“Middle Eastern Spice has a Moroccan and Indian influence, but also a Bermudian twist. It has a very nice flavour. Yesterday I tested it on some grilled chicken kebabs; my family loved it.”

Chef Campbell first launched his line of rubs in June 2014 at Harbour Nights. Since then, he has sold at least 4,500 bottles, with his seasonings traveling as far as the Azores, Portugal, and Dominican Republic.
