Shooting Victim Out Of ICU, In Stable Condition

The 37-year-old man shot on Happy Valley Road on Saturday evening is out of the ICU and on a general ward where he is listed in stable condition, and Officers from the Serious Crime Unit would like to speak with anyone who can assist them with the investigation, the police said today.

A police spokesperson said, “The 37-year-old male victim in the shooting on Saturday on Happy Valley is still in King Edward VII Memorial Hospital where he is now out of the ICU and on a general ward where he is listed in stable condition .

“Officers from the Serious Crime Unit would like to speak with anyone who can assist us with this investigation particularly anyone in the Parsons Road, Happy Valley,\Two and One Way Deep Dale area who may have seen men on motorcycle[s] acting suspiciously between 10pm and 10:45pm Saturday night.
