Four Men Arrested In Connection With Burglary

Police responded to a burglary in progress on Valley Road in Paget this morning [Sept 21], arresting four men in connection with the incident, which saw the occupant assaulted by the suspects.

A police spokesperson said, “At approximately 10:30am today [Wednesday, September 21st] police responded to a burglary in progress on Valley Road in Paget involving a number of males.

“A struggle ensued, with the occupant being assaulted by the suspects, who eventually left the area.

“Police commenced a search and found an abandoned motorcycle a short time later.

“Four men have been arrested in connection with the incident and the victim was taken to the hospital where he is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

“A full investigation into the incident is now under way and police are appealing for anyone with any information on this incident to contact CID on 295-0011 or the confidential Crime Stoppers hotline on 800-8477.”

    SMH It makes no difference if they were retrieving what was taken from them. Two wrongs don’t make a right. That is why we have a Police Service to handle it in a proper manner.
