Court: Man Charged With Threatening Woman
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [April 5], a 29-year-old man was charged with sending a threatening message to a woman.
Chae Foggo was not required to enter a plea, as the matter will be heard in the Supreme Court.
He was charged with threatening to kill a woman and with using telecommunications to send a message that was threatening or offensive.
Foggo was granted $5,000 bail but was also required to have a surety; ordered to appear at the May Supreme Court Arraignments; report to the Southside Police Station; and to have no contact with the woman.
