Court: 19-Year-Old Charged With Stabbing

Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 19-year-old Pembroke man was charged with wounding a man with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

Trenton Williams was charged in connection with a fight on Front Street on 8th June 2017, during which the complainant was alleged to have been stabbed several times.

Williams was not required to enter a plea, and will be tried in the Supreme Court.

The Magistrate granted Williams bail at $20,000 with one Surety; ordered the surrender of all travel documents; report to Hamilton Police Station, wear an Electronic Monitoring Device; and must re-appear at the 1st August Supreme Court Arraignments.
