Phillips is in Aruba competing in the TIHTA Aruba 2018 Main Draw.
Phillips has advanced to the Second Round following his First Round Under 14 Boys win over Miguel Chavez from Venezuela.
Phillips won in straight sets 6-0, 6-0. Phillips will next take on the Number One Seed Sebastian Ruiz from Aruba.
