Court: Woman Charged Following Fatal Collision
A 30-year-old woman was charged in Magistrates’ Court with causing the death of a man by dangerous driving.
Kelly-Ann Damasio was charged with causing the death of Rakai Augustus, who died following a car crash in St George’s in October of last year. He was a passenger in the car at the time it crashed.
ZBM reported that Ms Damasio was not required to enter a plea as the matter can only be heard in the Supreme Court. She was granted $10,000 bail with a like surety and is due to re-appear in Court on November 1st.
