People gathered at Union Square yesterday [Sept 3] to celebrate Labour Day, with various Labour Leaders and Government Ministers addressing the gathered crowd, including representatives from the Bermuda Trade Union Congress, Bermuda Industrial Union, Bermuda Public Services Union, Bermuda Entertainers Union, Bermuda Union of Teachers, and the Electricity Supply Trade Union. The day also included the Labour Day March and the Labour Day Road Race, and you can view all our coverage of Labour Day here.

    when will these so called leaders be held accountable for their speeches. I stand here and call out both leaders of their unions ………Prove it name people who are making $6 an hour you must think we are idiots ….worse you think your own members are idiots. We need truth not B*llsh*t they only want to keep you and I thinking that you are being taken advantage of …..lets see we need to tackle healthcare cost but you just gave EBrown $600k to offset his profits that was slashed 2 years ago.
    Labour is appreciated but lets get real
