Court: 20-Year-Old Man Charged With Stabbing

In Magistrates Court today [Oct 29], a 20-year-old Southampton man was charged with stabbing a man on Harbour Road last week.
It is alleged that on October 23, 2018, Alex Wolffe caused severe injuries to the victim which saw him suffer a collapsed lung and damage to his kidneys. The court heard that Mr Wolffe also allegedly attempted to rob the victim on that date.
The defendant is also charged with threatening the victim and attempting to rob him, and an additional count of threatening another person.
At the time, police said the victim was travelling home from his place of employment in Dockyard when he was accosted by two males on a motorcycle.
He did not have to enter a plea because the case will be heard in Supreme Court.
