An event celebrating the United Nations International Day of the Girl was held yesterday [Oct 21] on the North Field at the National Sports Centre.

Although the windy conditions restricted some activities, there was lots to experience including coding, football, cricket, rugby, medicine, a reading corner, empowerment art, fencing, golf, chess, ariel/lyra, gymnastics, hockey, jump rope, Frontier Girls, and more.
