Photos & Video: World Rugby Classic Underway
[Updated with photos] The World Rugby Classic is underway this afternoon [Nov 4] at the National Sports Centre in Devonshire, with two games scheduled for this afternoon.
The rugby action begins with the France Classic Rugby vs. Irish Legends match at 2.15pm, which will be followed by the Classic Springboks vs. Rugby Canada match at 3.45pm.
The event will continue tomorrow [Nov 5], with the gates opening at 5.30pm, the Classic Lions vs. Rugby Italian Classic match at 7.00pm, and the Classic Pumas vs. USA Classic Eagles match at 8.30pm.

Update November 5, 8.29am: The Bermuda World Rugby Classic got underway at the National Sports Center with a double header that proved to be two shocking results with France and South Africa both going down.
Ireland 24 France 10
Ireland made the most of their return after 25 years with a stunning performance defeating France 24 – 10. France scored first through Alexandre Lacroix going over a try, with Anthony Lagardere kicking the Conversion for a 7 – 0 lead.
Ireland leveled the score at 7 – 7 when Fionn Carr went over for a try and Barry Everitt kicked the Conversion. Ireland would then take the lead 14 – 7 with a try from Des Dillon and Gary Brown kicked the Conversion.
Lagardere would kick a Penalty early in the second half to pull France within 4 making the score 14 – 10, but minutes later Brown would kick a Penalty for Ireland to make it 17 – 10.
Daragh Fanning would close out the scoring with a try for Ireland and when Brown kicked the Conversion to make the final score 24 – 10.
South Africa 24 Canada 26
Canada spurred on by the crowd came from behind to defeat South Africa 26 – 24. South Africa would get tries from Conrad Jantjies, Sam Gerber, Ryan Kankowski and a Penalty try, with Monty Dumond kicking 2 Conversions, while Canada got tries from Mark Macsween, Scott Durham, Jeff Hasler, Aaron Mittler, with Derek Daypuck kicking 3 Conversions.

Good time to have the roadside breath tests but we know that will not happen as they are not the target demographic.
