Lane Closure On Middle Road, Devonshire
13th February 2019 – 29th March 2019
From Fort Hill Road Through Tee Street Junction To Watlington Road West, Devonshire
The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that there will be a one-lane closure on Middle Road in Devonshire for water main replacement works during the month of February and March.
The one-lane closure will be from Fort Hill Road, past and inclusive Tee Street junction, all the way down to Watlington Road West in Devonshire. Work will take place Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to accommodate the trench works. Motorists will be restricted on Middle Road to one lane at times and both lanes on Tee Street [in February only] for this work.
Traffic controls will be in effect.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid this section of road works and use alternative routes via South Road and North Shore Road.
Access along sections of the lane closures will be permitted for emergency vehicles and residents only.
The Ministry of Public Works encourages the full cooperation of the motoring public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
