Ferry Service Route Suspensions & Delays
There will be some ferry route delays and cancellations today [March 4] and tomorrow morning [March 5] while the “Department continues maintenance and repairs to ferries in the fleet.”
A Government spokesperson said, “The Department of Marine and Ports Services is advising that the 4:30 pm Blue Ferry travelling from Hamilton to Dockyard and Cavello Bay is suspended and this evening some minor delays are expected on the Green Route.
“In addition, the tomorrow morning [March 5] 7:10 am ferry from Hamilton to Dockyard, and the Rockaway 7:55 am ferry from Rockaway to Hamilton including Cavello Bay, will be suspended.
“All other departures are expected to operate as per normal.
“These suspensions are needed while the Department continues maintenance and repairs to ferries in the fleet.
“The Department of Marine and Ports Services apologises in advance for any inconvenience.
