Thurs: Celebration of the life of Martin Molinski

martin molinski 3A celebration of the life of Martin Molinski will be held on Thurs March 25 at Admiralty House Park, Spanish Point.

The 26 year old British guest worker had been missing since Wed March 17, and in a tragic case his body was discovered by two tourists in St. George’s on Sun, March 21.

A police investigation is under way, but his death is not considered to be suspicious.

A reception will follow after at the Docksiders Bar on Front Street, and a book of condolences will be present for people to sign.

If anyone has any photographs of Mr. Molinski’s time in Bermuda, please bring them with you in order to pass onto his family.

From a large family, Mr. Molinski was one of 13 brothers and sisters who live all around the world. His father, Mr. Dennis Molinski, is from New York and his mother, Ms. Eunice Gill, lives in the North-East of England.

A Facebook page was set up when he went missing, and is now being used as a tribute page. The support shown to the group can be taken as a positive representation of the impact of Mr. Molinski’s life. In only a few days, the page has almost 500 members, and has so far attracted over 450 messages.
