Early Morning Gunfire In Sandys Parish
Around 3:40am this morning [Oct 17] Police responded to a confirmed firearm incident in the Broome Street, Sandys parish area.
On arrival officers conducted a thorough search of the vicinity, and forensic evidence found suggested that a firearm had been discharged; however no one has reported being injured.
An active investigation into this matter is underway. Police are appealing for any witnesses to this incident or anyone with any information to contact the Serious Crime Unit on 295-0011 or the independent 24 hour confidential Crime Stoppers Bermuda hotline on 800-8477.
