Videos: Premier Cox Answers the Media

After being sworn in by the Governor this afternoon [Oct 29], Premier Paula Cox answered some questions posed by the media. She addresses finance, saying that her administration will seek to achieve savings of $150 milliion in the first year, with the 2011/12 budget containing a 5 point plan to achieve that objective. She says under Cox leadership Government will “undertake a comprehensive evaluation” to see where they may be able to achieve further savings.
