Dr. Jewell Landy, one of the members of Alpha Kappa Alpha will be in attendance giving information about Dental health and Mr. Fitness himself, Mr. Monroe Darrell will be presenting a fitness demonstration. Additionally there will be fitness stations for the kids, a Fun Castle and puppet shows presented by the Cornerstone Christian Fellowship to encourage youth to be spiritually healthy.

Over 100 years later and over 200,000 members strong, Alpha Kappa Alpha remains a beacon of light not only for black women but also to the greater community in the countries in which it serves.

Alpha Kappa Alpha is proud to have served the Bermuda community since 1990. The local president is Ms. D’Shawn Doars and the Chairs of the Family Health Fair are Mrs. Debbie Jones-Hunter and Ms Patricka Ferguson. For further information call 705-1908.
