Minor Motorcycle Accident On North Shore

[Updated] Shortly before 8:00pm today [June 22], emergency services responded to the junction of North Shore Road and Blackwatch Pass to attend the scene of a accident involving what appeared to be two motorcycles.

Bermuda Fire Service personnel were cleaning the debris from the roadway as Police investigated the incident. The riders did not appear to sustain any serious injuries. No further details are available at this time but we will update as able.

Update: A Police spokesman said, “Around 7:45pm on Wednesday (June 22nd), police attended a reported collision at the junction of North Shore Road and Blackwatch Pass in Pembroke involving a motorcycle and an auxiliary cycle. It appears that the motorcycle was traveling along North Shore Road and the auxiliary cycle was traveling along Blackwatch Pass when they collided at the junction. As a result both riders received minor injuries and their vehicles sustained minor damage.”
