Helmet-Wearing Burglar Breaks Into Gorhams

Gorhams Bermuda genericGorhams was broken into overnight on Mon/Tues by a helmet wearing suspect, with the police saying it is unclear if anything was removed from the business.

A police spokesperson said, “Around 7:25am on Tuesday August 16th, Police responded to a report of a burglary at a St. John’s Road, Pembroke business.”

“On Police arrival, it was discovered that sometime between the hours of 8:00pm on August 15 and 7:20am on August 16, an unknown suspect gained entry into the business and made good their escape.”

“At this time, it is unclear if anything was removed from the business. The suspect is described as a person wearing a black helmet with a visor, blue or black pants and a black jacket.”

“Anyone with any information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Hamilton Criminal Investigation Unit on 295-0011.”

Unofficial reports allege that the suspect may have used a forklift while inside the premises, with speculation the individual may have been trying to lift the ATM.

    Surely Gorhams would have camera’s around the premises. I hope this person is caught soon.
