Saturday [Jan.21] was the grand opening of the Heaven Sent Baby Boutique, a new store focusing on providing all the essential needs for newborns and toddlers.

Located at 5 Elliot Street in Hamilton [right next door to Wee Care Pediatrics] the store offers “gently used items catering to every budget.”

“Every season a child needs new items as they continue to grow,” said a spokesperson. “Often times children do not get to wear all of their items, before you know it they have outgrown their wardrobe.

“In this economic climate Heaven Sent Baby and Toddler will purchase gently used items and resell them to the public. If you have items that you wish to sell to Heaven Sent please contact Joy or Niketa at 295-2229 to make an appointment for viewing.”

Joy Hunt and Niketa Lambert speak about the new store:

“In Bermuda it is often a difficult task to find items needed at one place of business. Heaven Sent Baby Boutique plans to eliminate that problem for the already overwhelmed parents.

“In addition to our gently used section, we will offer a range of new products; clothing, nursery necessities, baby gear, bath necessities, diapering, breast-feeding equipment, bottle-feeding equipment, home safety necessities, formula, baby food, health care items and saving memories.

“We are aware that when a family is preparing for a new baby the list of items needed can be a defeating challenge. We are here to help. We have new stock arriving weekly and we look forward to all your feedback of needs and wants.
