Smith Wins Long Jump in Missouri
Bermuda’s Tyrone Smith competed at Missouri Southern State University in the MSSU Invitational this past weekend.
Smith won the Men’s Long Jump with a top leap of 7.73m, Jaron Criswell finished second leaping 7.31m and Orlando Ezell finished third leaping 7.29m.
Smith’s winning leap came on his final attempt where he had two Fouls to start and followed that with two leaps at the 7.50m and 7.56m marks.
Smith recorded a no Jump on his fifth attempt and then came the 7.73m leap.
