Upcoming: ABC Football School Camp

February 2, 2012

70 girls and boys ages 7 to 11 will be offered the opportunity to train for a week with coaches from Next Generation Valencia CF, Spain and experience their methodology, coaching and structures.

As part of ABC Football School’s long-term contract with Next Generation Valencia CF, ABC Football School announced the dates and registration procedure for its Next Generation Valencia CF February Camp.

The Camp is aimed at children attending the public primary schools, to give them a chance to experience top class coaching, methodology and structures right here in Bermuda and at no cost.

Our two Next Generation Valencia CF coaches, currently at the Valencia Academy @ Saltus, Technical Directors David Sanzs and Magro Oliva, will be joined by Andrew Bascome and a handful of staff coaches.

The camp will be held at Victor Scott, from February 13 until February 17, 2012. The daily sessions will start at 9:00am, with early drop off starting at 8:00am, and the sessions will end at 4:00pm, with late pickup extended to 5:00pm.

Andrew Bascome at ABC Football School says “We are very pleased to be able to bring this fantastic opportunity to our young aspiring football players. Football is so much more than a sport, it provides our youngsters with a change to learn and experience life long skills like effort, team, support, and structure.

“David and Magro are highly qualified and dedicated coaches, and their passion for the sport is such a positive influence on the children. Good habits start early and that is what we want to bring to Bermuda.”

To register please visit the ABC Football School website. The camp is offered for free, however contributions, regardless of amount, are welcomed.
