FutureCare Debate To Be Held Tomorrow

A.M. Best Co.has affirmed the financial strength rating (FSR) of A+ (Superior) and issuer credit rating (ICR) of “aa-” of Top Layer Reinsurance Ltd. (Top Layer) (Hamilton, Bermuda). Alberto Downgraded To Tropical Depression
[Updated] Alberto has been downgraded from a Tropical Storm to a Depression, with the system starting to weaken late last night. The Bermuda Weather Service said that Alberto remains a “potential threat to Bermuda” in their 6am update today [May 22].
