British Airways Flights Cancelled Tonight

[Updated] Both the British Airways arriving and departing flights this evening [Sept 4] have been cancelled. British Airways flight #2233 scheduled to arrive at 6:30pm from London is cancelled, and British Airways flight #2232 scheduled to depart for Gatwick, London at 8:20pm is also cancelled.

Update 4.37pm: A spokesperson said: “British Airways sincerely apologises to customers due to travel today as both the
BA 2233 inbound and BA 2232 outbound flights have been cancelled due toa technical problem.

“We appreciate how frustrated our customers are with recent service cancellations. We want to assure you that our engineering team in London is pro-actively addressing the technical issues and we are working hard to improve the consistency of the service.

“We very much value our customers in Bermuda and are making every effort to have these issues resolved expeditiously. For those customers needing to rebook their flights, please contact the toll-free number 1-800-AIRWAYS.”

    Technical problem my a@@. The flight only had about 15 on it and BA in their Pre bankruptcy know they can’t afford to do this route.
