Results Of Educators Council Election

The Bermuda Educators Council elections were held October 22 and 23, at CedarBridge Academy with early elections being held on October 19 at Bermuda High School.

A pre-election was held for teachers private school teachers who were off the island on October 22 and 23, due to their break and Public School teachers who had permission to be off the island, during the BUT and Ministry Professional Development days..

The following persons have been elected as representatives to the Bermuda Educators Council.

Public School Representatives:

  • Ms. Ameenah Addul Hadee – The Berkeley Institute
  • Ms. Yvonne Bean – Clearwater Middle School
  • Ms. Deborah Raat – East End Primary School
  • Mr. Crenstant Williams – Harrington Sound Primary School

Private School Representatives:

  • Ms. Tanisha Edwards – Saltus Grammar School
  • Ms. Julie Gunther – Bermuda High School
  • Ms. Fiona Murdoch – Saltus Senior School

Public School Principal:

  • Mr. Gladstone Thompson – St. David’s Primary School

Private School Principal:

  • Ms. Lois Tucker – Bermuda Institute

Specialist Educator:

  • Ms. Sofiya Dyer – Elliott Primary School

Para-professional:

  • Ms. Sandra Everheart – West End Primary School
