Walikraam Selected As Athlete Of The Week
Tariqah Walikraam has been selected as the Holland College’s Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending September 30.
Walikraam, a professional golf management student, takes the female honour as a result of her play over the weekend at the 2012 ACAA Golf Championships hosted by Holland College at The Links at Crowbush Cove in Canada.
Walikraam won the ACAA Women’s Golf Individual Championship by shooting rounds of 84 and 85 in rainy conditions at Crowbush. She also led her team to the team championship.
