Slideshow: Kite Surfers At Shelly Bay Beach

Today [Mar 17] kite surfers were out at Shelly Bay taking on the 30-40 knot winds in grand style. There were at least two kite surfers in the water at any given time, whilst a lone wind surfer also joined in at times. At times the surfers were launching up to 20 feet in the air and traveling what appeared to be that same span before landing in the turquoise seas.
