Afternoon Accident Delays Shelly Bay Traffic

Traffic flow came to a stop on North Shore Road near the Shelly Bay Beach playground, after an accident occurred shortly before 5.30pm today [Apr 28] and people from the nearby park and beach area rushed to the scene to assist.

The accident appears to have involved two cars and a motorcycle with one person receiving what is believed to be, minor injuries. Police and Fire personnel attended the scene along with an ambulance. After the injured person had been assisted, one lane traffic flow was allowed while police investigated the accident scene. Details are limited at this time, however we will update as able.

      Yea, and by the looks of it, the SUV won ie: served it’s purose. Give it a break “Nuffin.” U ain’t nuffin but a jealous hater.

        Ya, cuz most of them who own one can’t drive worth a crap. I can’t neither, that’s why you wouldn’t see me driving one of those behemoths. People who drive those cars tend to go over the yellow line and expect the smaller car to go over. Well, my smaller car doesn’t, not when I’m driving. Same goes for the people on bikes trying to hike the line.
        You see me, don’t expect me to go over. Don’t care if I get flipped the bird. Respect your lane and we’ll be ok.

      Yea and I bet the whole thing was caused by whoever was riding the bike, probably tryna pull det nip.
