Four Exhibits Opening At BSoA On Friday

bsoaFour new exhibits will open at the Bermuda Society of Arts [BSoA] in City Hall on Friday [Apr. 26].

The Onions Gallery and Studio A will both be exhibiting work submitted for “Heritage Month: Colours, Sights and Sounds of Bermuda”, a joint venture between City Hall and BSoA to coincide with the City Art Festival.

The exhibit focus on the art inspired by Bermuda’s charms.

The Edinburgh Gallery is showcasing “Art and Me”, a collection of work from some of Bermuda’s youngest artists, students at West Pembroke, Victor Scott Primary, Dellwood Middle Schools and KAFs Spring camp who participated in the Art and Me programme.

On display in Studio B will be artwork by Janet Carew, whose acrylics on canvas are inspired from the beauty she sees around her in Bermuda.

An official opening reception will be from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and all exhibits will run until May 14.
