4th Annual All White Party To Be Held On June 7
For the last four years Wild Apache Promotion have been hosting the All White Party, and this year’s event will be held on Friday, June 7th at Gombeys. The night will feature two of New Yorks biggest DJs plus two of Bermuda’s best DJs, the promoter said.
Both DJ Young Chow and DJ Spin Citi will be visiting from the US, and local DJs Imega Sound and King Jyrus will also be entertaining the crowd.
“DJ Young Chow is the Biggest DJ in the New Your Tri-State area. His father is the great DJ King Chow from Trinidad. Youn Chow West Indian background has given him a unique style of DJ skills. His ability to switch from reggae to soca, from hip hop to pop has made him the most in demand DJ in New York. He has his own show on New York top radio station Hot 97FM,” said the promoter.”
“DJ Spin Citi Guyanese background makes him a very versatile DJ. Currently he is the official tour DJ for Reggae star gyptian. He can blend Soca, reggae, Techno, Pop, and hip hop like no other. he has his own show on Showoffradio.net as well as Firestation 103FM.”
The night will feature disco light that change with the beat of the music, as well as black lights all over the venue to bring out the white outfits that party goers will be wearing. There will also be giveaways during the night.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased from Kit n Caboodle, Jazzy Boutique, Secrets, The Cave and A to Z Boutique in St Georges or from the promo team. There is special Birthday and group rates available by calling the promoter at Rowan Ramotar at 705-2109.

Shouldn’t I be offended by the name of this party? After all, I learned this morning that comparing night and day has some sort of racial meaning. Isn’t have a party where people dress up in “white” clothes a bit blatant?

Bring in foreign DJs? Are there no Bermudians who can do the job? Wonder if the PLP will raise the same amount of fuss as they did over the Dockyard workers..
Apparently these overseas DJ’s can do things like ‘switch from reggae to soca’. Evidently this is a specialized skill, and something that many DJ’s find quite difficult.
Why you guys always bring up politics get over it any party that goes in power sucks in the end anyways. Bermuda is the most boring place ever and your complaining for promoters trying to give our people something different. Zombie and Bob go somewere and throw your own hater aide party. You have nothing else to do with your life.
